Silver Hawaiian Supersweet Corn (40 seeds)
Product Description
This is an open pollinated variety that was introduced after nearly 16 years of breeding and selection by the University of Hawaii. It is what as known as a "brittle one, high-sucrose variety". It is an amazingly sweet and hardy white corn adapted to hot wet climates, even though it will do very well in most other places where corn is grown. Silver Hawaiian Supersweet is extremely disease resistant, and because the ears have from 11-14 husk sheaths it is also "resistant" to ear worm damage. This is just a great white sweetcorn that will undoubtedly become a classic. Bravo to the efforts of the University of Hawaii corn breeders!
